Not a question just thought I'd share.
This cyclamen was grown from seed and I don't remembering it ever flowering but it must be 4 yrs old now.
All the flowers fail to re-curve though other seeds grown from the same seed pod do. They are a range of colours too. Genetics in action :o)

It is curious. The first flower is nearly a month old now and its the one at the back. All the flowers are the same.

Not gross, just shy.

You have a lot of patience to grow them from seed, then wait 4 yrs for the bloom, but I bet it's given you a sense of achievement. It looks a nice plant to me, leaves lovely & healthy.

there is a sentimental attachment as it was seed from one of my late mum's plants. I lost the original last year due to vine weevil getting into the house to lay its eggs. I was well over 20yrs old too.
