hi and welcome no it is not to late if they are sprouting in the bag get them in the ground they may not flower very well this year though next year they should be ok good luck.

May or may not flower this year, if you get in the ground now will create a new corm for next year and this should be okay.

After all, they stand no chance at all if you don't plant them...
