Depends what you purchased, if they were annuals then 'no'.

Its not the fact they were plugs that counts, its exactly what plants they were - likely they may have been 'summer bedding' plugs, and if so, you'll probably have to replace this year, but it does depend what they were.

If they are still alive as some of mine are then yes they will. if they have 'died' off then it will depend on what they were as previously stated.

As Sbg says if they are still alive they will flower again. Lots of so called annuals are in fact perennials and if cut back after flowering will come again. Pansies can last for years although to see the number sold as 'annuals' would have you believe they should be composted.
