Hi there. I'm looking for Crepis seeds and can't seem to find them anywhere in the U.S.. If you have access to them please contact me. You would be making a grateful friend with access to lots of interesting seeds on the other side of the world. dee-moore@sbcglobal.net

Hi, never heard of them, looked them up and they look like small dandelions. Go to thomson morgan website in uk and I am sure you will be able to order lots of English seeds subject to America allowing them

I've grown them before and they were a pink form and they did look like dandelions. there are strict rules about seeds entering the USA so make sure if you do get them they are phytosanitary safe.

If they're not available in the US, I imagine there's a good reason.

You won't be able to buy them from the UK as the US has strict rules regarding the import of seeds.

And I have never found a viable seed on Crepis incana( the pink Dandelion) in 40 years of trying. Nor have I ever heard from anyone who has managed to grow them from seed either. They must do so in the wild, but certainly not in cultivation.

Thank-you for all the input. I'm going to keep trying, I've bought many seeds from abroad without issue. I'd really like to get these and living in California I can probably get them to grow if I can find the seeds. I have a few rare plants in my garden and would love to add these. I already grow a pink form of Taraxacum but it is not a pure pink, it has a yellow center.

I grew them about 15 yrs ago from bought seed. not a brilliant germination rate but enough plants for what I wanted. they were short lived and didn't set any of their own seed.

I looked on the US site of T&M, and they don't have them. Try Outsidepride.com, and do a search for Crepis rubra - they come in pink and white.

Found them at Outsidepride. Thanks so much I really didn't think I was going to find them. Now I'll keep my fingers crossed that they grow and set their own seed!
