you can buy " Brenda" which has a white flower in the UK but Fisall is in America who is asking.
Brenda Lee Petterson is a US variety I cant find it for sale here

A good place to find where they sell Fuchsia cultivars is http://fuchsiafinder.com/ but the do not list this particular one.
