Hi again ,just been given 2very large box hedges in pots that used to be in the shape of a ball but sadly have grown out of shape ,any advice on how to get them back into shape would be appreciated , Erik

You can cut them back hard towards the end of May, and start them again if you like. Otherwise, topiary plants are best sheared or shaped in August, more info in the link below, which has a link to topiary as well
