I have an evergreen shrub in the garden with clumps oh white flowers in the summer. The new leaf growth is pale green and healthy but the old ones look mildew in places is there anything I can use to help the bush ? I don't know what it is,

I'm afraid we'll need a photograph - there are many evergreens which produce white flowers, and knowing which plant it is may be critical to deciding what's wrong with it.
