Plant problems

Hello I have a running plant and it recently got these red and black looking hard tiny beady things on the leaves that has spreaded to the inner pot and on my curtains..... I put it outside and I haven't seen any bugs in my home. The plant is healthly looking besides that problem. Please help

They look like eggs but what from I have little idea. I suspect they are one colour when freshly laid then dry to the other colour. As you are able to see them I'd be tempted to pick them off.
have they appeared over night? if yes then possibly they are laid by a moth.

Yes they came up all of a sudden, I don't have them on any of my other plants just on this one and the curtains.

I think spraying them off with a water stream should do the trick or scrape them using a card. Throw the curtains in the wash.
