Hi Groutcha and welcome to GoY. There are several possibilities, not enough water, too much sun, in a windy spot, not in acidic/ericaceous compost.

When you planted did you tease the roots out of the rootball by removing from the container it came in and soaking overnight in a large bucket/container of water and then gently helping the roots to unravel?
