Could be a virus - or just the normal cycle of the plant losing a leaf or two...this rather depends on how many leaves we're talking about. Another possiblity is that the leaves have been splashed with water or orchid food, and the sun has burnt the spots.

If its a Phalaenopsis (the type with the thick, broad paddle-like leaves) their leaves scorch easily in full sun.
