I have inherited a wisteria that has been trained through section of chain link fencing fixed to the garage wall. It has several branches(about 1" to 1 1/2", trained through, and I'd like to RE train one main branch with smaller legs coming off. Can I do this? And if so ,when??. Any other suggestions are welcome
