I have an overgrown honeysuckle in my garden. Is it alright to just prune it back to a manageable size or will thatbstop it flowering?
Thanks for the tip. I will have to make a decision about the flowers.

Well, my honeysuckle is already budding up. Pruning now would shear off a lot of flowers, but sometimes you just have to do it since they tend to ramble. It will bloom sporadically throughout the summer, but nothing like the initial spring flush.
