Hi, I live beside the sea, I find my compost heap is full of like jumping insects, would you know what this is , can I use the compost ?

Actually if you are going to dig the compost in, it would not matter. When we lived by the coast we used to collect seaweed which was always full of jumping things, it did not seem to make any difference to the garden. The seaweed did.
