I have no luck with honeysuckle. I changed my first plant after 2 years because it did not flower. The second one has formed lots of flowers this year - but then they all dropped off before opening! I am in Cumbria and the plant faces SW. I water it regularly and it produces plenty of leaves.

sometimes they just take time to put out flowers. some don't flower very well and I have a sneaky feeling they flower better after a very cold winter. which we haven't really had this winter.
I'd be patient a little longer.
