i have grwn canna.s from seed and potted up into 8" pots should I keep in the greenhouse or plant out when they become bigger plants

You can put them outside now, but you need to bring them into the greenhouse for the winter.

You might want to keep them in the greenhouse, Cogsnorton. If my understanding of the climate there is correct, it is probably getting late to plant Cannas this year. By the way, welcome to GoY!
