I have been growing rhubarb and am just in the middle of trying to turn it into wine . I know this is not strictly a gardening question, but is there anyone out there who can help me with the process? Thanks Donna

Just do a google search on making rhubarb wine - there are thousands of recipes. Personally I'd have said it was a little late in the year to be making rhubarb wine, I seem to remember when we used to make, which is over 30 years ago now, that we did so in May June time when the rhubarb was young and fresh. I'm sure the recipes will tell you.
