Does any of you garden lovers on this site know what the desease and cure for roses that have curly leaves that turn brown have checked for bugs but cannot see any otherwise the bush and flowers are perfectly happy

It is planted in my rose bed which I have got 27 roses none of the others have it there are no black spots I have had the rose 2years

Were all the roses planted at the same time, all 27? Photograph would be useful too...

Yes all the roses were planted over 2day period and this is the first time this has happened
