Tutsan (Hypericum androsaemum). Often spread by birds, which eat the berries.

Thank you for the quick info Landgirl. It is growing up from right near the fence where the birds are often sitting, so that explains its appearance!

Quite a nice little shrub as long as you take out any seedlings, and doesn't mind a shady corner..
