Hi, welcome to GoY, the photograph seems to be a very light yellow colour, but there are hundreds of varieties, not to mention about 150 species, could you tell us if it's a climber, rambler, hybrid tea, or floribunda, whic are the types usually grown, and also is this a true representation of the colour, Derek.

I think it is a rambler, the colour is much brighter, the nearest I have found to this is a 'Lady Banks' but with that the leaves are less 'fringed' than my example.
