Can anyone tell me what these seeds might be??....The seed itself has cracked off the brown outside leaving this white hard surface that you can see.although something green is starting to try and break out from that

Its just doing what comes naturally. Some seedlings appear before they have completely escaped from the seed coating.

Probably will be easier to I.D. once the true leaves unfurl.
