Mimosa acacia

My plant is quite small, in a large garden pot, did not flower last spring, has no buds at all, do I bring it into conservatory for winter? And how can I make it bushy, instead of a tall tree?

A small plant in a big pot might spend a year or two growing, before trying to bloom. Lack of direct sun can reduce or eliminate bloom, too. What have you been feeding it? Acacias don't need much food, but some is in order for any plant in a pot.
