can anyone identify this small tree which I was told is part of the willow family

Willows are extremely difficult to identify, I wouldn't even try without seeing it in person - sorry!

Can we have another picture from further away, to see its growth habit? In close up, it appears to be something like a Kilmarnock Willow, but without seeing the growth habit, its hard to be definite.
