I have a circle about 10 ft across and thought hebe plants but I don't want them to high as I am higher than the road, please give ideas.

Try emailling the national hebe society. I asked them for advice on varieties once and they were terrifically helpful.

there are many dwarf hebes available and there are some very pretty ones.
Hebe pinguifolia is a dwarf pale green white flowered form that I like. but have a good look around before you buy.
