Easiest thing would have been to ask when you were at the Flower Show, growers are only to happy to give people info. However, the sweet peas are likely to be specialist seed and the carnations ones the grower has been breeding for some while.

That's true, too. When I was at the Arizona Orchid Society show, recently, most of the entries were un-named seedlings bred by the owner, and growing orchids from seed takes some skill!

The attached card should have had the name. Same with the Sweet Peas in the following question. Not much chance of pinpointing the varieties otherwise.
