Good Morning....I wonder if anyone can identify this leaf it has come off a tree of about 8ft tall and at the moment has no flowers,not sure if it flowers earlier / later in the year. I have tried to show size of leaf using a battery so you can see it is quite large. At the moment the tree looks stunning

Jimmy, the venation and leaf base isn't right for that. I'm thinking one of the Catalpas.

I looked at Catalpa too but it's the two main veins coming from the base of the leaf that put me off it. If that is what it is I hope Cazoo has a big garden...

C. bungei has such veins, but I'll admit, not quite the same.
Some Paulownias can get pretty big, too!
