I had to remove a huge Bamboo years ago, lots of hard work with firstly cutting it down, then soaking the ground before digging the whole thing out, took us days!

Find someone who can loan you a few Pandas otherwise you will have to be constantly cutting, digging and poisoning for a very long time.

You might end up removing the paving and decking but my first line of attack would be to cut off any long stems (down to a manageable height) just below a leaf node. Mix some glyphosate (Roundup) and with pipette drip some of the mixture into the hollow stem. If necessary hollow out the stems with a thick knitting needle or similar.

That's what my son did to get rid of his Japanese knotweed.
