Hi, can I assume that you're referring to the plant Vinca minor, rather than any species of Myrtus, {as these are all shrubs}, we call this by it's common name of lesser periwinkle, if so you can move it anytime between autumn, {fall} and spring, provided the ground isn't frozen or waterlogged, Derek.
