Nine years ago I planted a Mop Head Hydrangea and from the second year it always flowered. Two years ago I moved it to a different location in the garden.
Last year it flowered but this year, although having an abundance of beautiful leaves, it has not flowered at all. Neither are there any signs of flower buds appearing. Can you suggest a reason for this?

the flowers you had last year were formed in the summer before you moved it. last year it spent more energy getting decent roots so didn't form flower buds for this year. all being well it will flower as usual next year.
welcome to GoY too :o)
