Hi again. Thank you to everyone for replying to my question of what to do with my packs of bulbs which should have been planted by May. I have several hundred as my son passes all his unsold bulbs to me as soon as the new season ones arrive in his stores.I have lilies, allium, gladioli, astilbe, begonia, phlox, freesia, sparaxis, dahlia, hollyhock, and gloxinia. I really appreciate your advice to plant them asap. (they stand a better chance of survival than the ones I stored last year which ended up as mush!) I'm a novice at gardening but am already enjoying it.(can you tell?!!!)

I would try to grow the Gloxinias as houseplants, at least for the next couple of months.

The ones that are not bulbs need planting immediately if they are still alive. If they are still alive but drooping stand them in water for a while and see if they pick up.
