Could anyone tell me what is wrong with my column apple tree the leaves are showing signs of disease but I don't know how to treat it. I think it maybe leaf miner.

Thank you for the replies. I have removed all the affected leaves and composted them. Do I need/can I do anything else?

Looks like a little leaf scorch and leaf miner but with the onset of Autumn then lots of fruit tree leaves will start to wither. I wouldn't worry, pick up any fallen leaves and destroy if possible or consign to the compost heap it you have one.
