Found these pods on my sweet pea plants are they seeds? or do I just dispose of

They're seed pods. If you want free plants next spring, let the pods start to turn yellowish/brownish, then pick and put in a paper bag to dry. They'll pop open to release their seeds, and you can winnow them out, and store dry over the winter.

yes seeds , worth keeping still need more time to ripen but as soon as the pod changes colour pick and put on the window sill as they will open up , plus it helps the seed to dry out.
