What is the best way to dig out a Crocosmia?

Answers

With a full sized garden fork or spade, not the smaller 'border' versions with shorter tines. The corms often arrange themselves in tiers or columns, going down into the soil, often quite a way down. Looks like you've pulled some foliage off and left the corms in the ground - you'll only find those by digging with a fork/spade and sorting through the soil to extract them.
