wasps on bergenia plants

There are lots of wasps on my bergenia plants. There is also a small weeping willow growing over this area. The wasps seem to be on the plants most of the day. Why are they attracted to this particular area. They are not on other bergenias a few feet away. They don't seem aggressive.. what should I do about them if anything? Advice please.

They are probably hunting and feeding on aphids which infest those particular plants and most of the wasps will die with the onset of winter so I wouldn't worry.
