About 24 years ago I collected some fruit from a Moras nigra, some of which I planted. I managed to grow one of the seeds and now have a thriving medium sized tree.
The problem is that it has never bloomed or fruited. Is it likely to after all these years.

If your mulberry hasn't flowered or fruited in all this time I think it is highly unlikely as it is self fertile.
