hi again, we have tried to grow cauliflowers this year, Some are ok but some are a pinkish colour see picture, any idea why.And if they can the be eaten ?

Summer cauliflowers often get a pink tinge on the curds - nothing to worry about.

have you thought about folding the leaves over the flower i would.

Have you done this Kenny? I would have thought you would have to break the leaf and that would be bad for the plant - winter flowering cauli's seem to do so automatically.
