if I cut petunias down low will they flower again as they are very leggy

touch and go if you do - if we have an Indian summer, they might, if we don't, they're done for this year. Mine are the same, looking long and stringy with brown leaves near the base, but I've left them alone.

Use tomato feed as a liquid fertiliser ,if you dont already its good for flowers, as you prob know ,so more flowers might hide the leggyness.
