I have grown some cyclemen from seed and I would like to know when to plant them out doors. Should i leave them in the seed tray this year and plant outside next year?

I don't normally touch Cyclamen seedlings until the corms are at least half an inch across.
Which type of Cyclamen have you grown?
C. persicum would need keeping warm over winter. Cyclamen hederifolium are hardy, but I would not let seedlings get frosted. Cool is best. C. coum again are hardy. Cool is best for them too.

I leave cyclamen seed untouched in the pot until they either flower or the corms are obviously too crowded. I currently have C. persicum on the windowsill of the spare bedroom (cool) and hederifolium, coum, persicum in a coldframe.

I wish I'd thought of doing that. I potted mine up into small pots last year. they are still in their pots and once I can see what colours I've got I will plant them out.

How do I say thanks?
