My cirrhosis clematis has come into flower, do I start to feed it its a lovely little plant.

Answers
Assuming its outdoors, no, don't feed now, if you want to feed it at all (not essential if in the ground) then do it when new leaf growth starts, in spring, probably during latter end of March or April.
