I moved a skimmia(not sure what variety) early this year and the leaves are looking a little pale and "in need" what feed is best.thanks

These plants like acid soil and a good bit of shade - they grow in sun, but tend to be paler green when they do. If your soil is alkaline, try watering Sequestrene iron tonic around the base of the plant. Not a good idea to feed at this time of year, its too late.

Thanks Bamboo.Need to think and check before moving plants from now on as it is in full sun,no wonder its pale.Will leave it over winter by then my new border should be ready and i could maybe find a shadier spot when other shrubs etc.in.
