How do I grow Epimedium fire dragon flowers from seeds?

'Fire Dragon' is a hybrid between two different species: E. davidii, and E. leptorrhizum. As such, if it even produces viable seed, the seedlings will be a mixed lot, with only a few percent resembling their parent. The following page has info on growing Epimediums from seed:
