Tough to do sometimes. Spraying with a solution of organic washing up liquid, carefully timed for when the babies are crawling about will do it, usually after several applications. If the crawlers aren't out, then Provado works on ornamentals, but I am leery of using it on edibles--if you do, follow the directions EXACTLY. I have also had success with a mixture of a non-ionic surfactant and carbaryl. It's not organic, but still somewhat less toxic and long lasting than Provado.
