Does anyone know if there is someone who sells snowdrop seeds commercially or is there someone with a private collection who would be prepared to sell seeds and send to New Zealand?Cheers Ngaroma

Try Wilton Lane Seeds for specialist varieties although I don't see how named varieties can be guaranteed to come true from seed. Notice that they cover themselves by saying 'ex'.

Another source might be the seed list of the New Zealand Alpine Garden Society. Many alpine growers are also Galanthophiles, and vice versa. No import restrictions either.

Or join the Scottish Rock Garden Club and order from their seed list in December. They know exactly what can and can't get sent.

Hi Nagaroma and welcome to GoY, have you checked that you can legally import snowdrop seed into NZ. I know from experience with the Scottish Rock Garden Club that there are al sorts of seeds that can't be sent and definitely not bulbs.
