How can I stop my pear tree from producing fruit using a natural technique short of hand-picking the blossoms from the branches. Its a big tree!

Some of the ornamental pears' fruit are nothing but a nuisance. The likeliest natural method, Guest, is to put the first dose of fertilizer on during bloom--not 100% effective, but will probably severely thin them out!

why do you need to mine sorts itself out , or is it a variety that has small pears if you don't thin them out?
