Hi there everyoneeen a long time since I have been on as work and health of myself and family have not given me a chance to get in the garden.
I have finally made it and found that at the top of my garden the second compost bin had fallen apart.
In the bin was aload of hay and rabbit sawdust with odd bits of weed and soil.it has taken 10 years to breakdown.
My question is can I use this on the garden or bin the lot.

Has it broken down into friable material? If so, then yes, use it. If you can still see the individual components as they were when you made the heap, then it would be best to either re-compost bin it, or dig a trench in the garden somewhere and bury it.
