Have a polytunnel which has become very dry over winter what is yhe best eat to prepare for potatoes in it and I buy from the lical farmer and quite a few have shoots because I didn't use them quick enough can they be used as seed potatoes?

Soil prep as you would outdoors, and yes its OK to use the sprouted ones.

If the farmer you bought the potatoes from didn't use growth retardant, then yes you can use them as seed potatoes.

PS - perhaps get the hose in there for a while first it its really dry...
