I think you know the answer " game over" minus freezing temperatures and it being a young plant I think this year lots of losses with tender plants with most of us caught on the hop late Autumn and the damage was done before we had a chance to insulate the plants before the onset of winter.

Well, I dunno, its still a bit green but the decider is whether the growing point in the middle has been damaged - bend back the stems and leaves and inspect the centre of the plant, which is where new growth comes from - if that's dead brown and dry, then its a goner.
