If you click on D at the bottom of the page in the alphabet section, then select Design from the list at the top of the page, there are pictures there of people's gardens, though not sure if you can tell what size and shape they are. Otherwise, go to a good bookshop and browse through the garden design books, particularly Small Garden ones - John Brookes has some good ideas, but his idea of a small garden is most people's idea of a large one...
And I'd add that I can feel my fingers itching and my brain gearing up with enthusiasm, right up my street, this design thing, lol!
