Could you please tell me , How do I get my Victoria plum to produce a decent sized plums ? I have thinned them out and mulched them and a top dressing of fish blood and bone . But the plums get to about half inch diameter and colour up and then drop off .

Have you thinned them to at least 6 in. apart? Is the tree in the ground, or in a pot? If the latter, how big a pot, and is it well watered in dry weather?
