My garden is only in its 3rd year. I have a magnolia, a tiny straggly little thing. It was a bit hidden behind bigger shrubs so I have moved it to the front and it seems to have settled in well. But now something is nibbling its beautiful bright leaves!! Some insects I presume. I have given it a squirt of general insecticide. Is there anything else I should do?

Hi Petacato and welcome to GoY. Could you put up a photo of your Magnolia please, just add it to your question. Need to know which Magnolia it is before giving advice. Could be vine weevil, could be lots of things.
