What clematis is this I found it hidden at the back of the oil tank....It isnt very big will I be able to dig it up and transplant once it dies back.Seems such a shame it is hidden

That looks like 'Ville de Lyons' to me, Sheila. You'd need to dig out a large amount of soil so that you don't damage the roots - that seems to be death to most Clematis. Good luck if you do decide to do it.

Ha ha Spritz, I've had my share of failures too. Today, I have a very bruised middle finger thanks to a Pyracantha thorn piercing it ! Should have worn some gauntlets.
